Vintage Antique Blue/Green SLAG Glass LIGHT Retro LAMP Fixture Works. Absolutely beautiful old slag glass lamp. Please note that one panel does have a small chunk missing and that another has a small crack. The bottom finial has broken off. The chain does not run the length of the entire cord. Still does have panel that would allow you to affix to the ceiling as shown.
