Vintage MCM 1960s Countertop B&B Bar Lamp Stop Light Traffic Signal Japan Works

Neat find, some minor typical age wear here and there, not much, nothing looks broken or any overt flaws, cord looks nice too. Please view pics for exact condition. Lights should be even brighter with a clear bulb, i only had some small colored Christmas ones i put in here to test. Stands Near 20 in tall, base 3.5x4 in.
